When I write this post I go down the memory lane. This is the recipe which my grandmother used to to make. Its just an awesome recipe. Goes well with chappati, parotta, rice, bread, even with the dosa :).
1.beef – 1 lbs
ginger – 2 inch
green chilly, cut lengthwise – 7
salt – to taste
turmeric powder – 1 tsp
curry leaves – a few
2. oil – 2 tsp
onion, sliced fine -1 big
3.chilly powder – 2 tsp
corriander powder – 4 tsp
fennel powder -1/2 tsp
Step 1 Cook beef in a pressure cooker with all the ingredients mentioned in number 1.
Step 2 Heat a pan. Pour oil and add the sliced onion. Saute it until the onion is translucent.
Step 3 Add the powders. Saute it till the oil appears.
Step 4 Finally add in the cooked beef pieces and continue to saute it for 4-5 minutes.
