This a snack which I used to relish during my school days. Ripe bananas roasted in ghee sprinkled with sugar granules…with a hot tea. This is an easy to make snack for children and for elders :) and healthy too.
ripe banana -1
ghee – 2 tsp
sugar -1 tsp
Step 1 Peel the banana and slice it in an elongated shape.
Step 2 Heat a frying pan and add ghee.
Step 3 Gently place the slices into it.
Step 4 Fry both sides to a golden brown colour.
Step 5 Now generously sprinkle sugar on top of it.
