In the initial days … that’s after me coming here in the US , my husband used to say about the deviled eggs which he had from one of his friends house. He used to describe about it each and every time he had a wine :) , but I never bothered to make it. This time he asked me to make it as a Friday special. So here goes my recipe of Deviled eggs.
Serves -2 Time taken from start – 25 min.
Egg (boiled and peeled)- 2
Mayonnaise – 3 tablespoon
Freshly ground pepper – 1/4 tsp
Yellow Mustard – 1/4 teaspoon
Red and Green Peppers – to garnish
Step 1 Boil the eggs. Halve the eggs lengthwise. Remove the yolks and put them to a bowl.
Step 2 Mash the yolks with a fork and stir in the mayonnaise . Add pepper, yellow mustard and blend well.
Step 3 Fill the egg whites evenly with the yolk mixture.
Step 4 Garnish with Peppers.
