Ingredients serves -2
semiya – 1 1/2 cup
water – 3 cups
oil – 1 tsp (for cooking semiya)+ 1 tsp(for sauteing)
salt – as required
onion,chopped – 1/2 of a big one
beans,chopped – 1/4 cup
carrot,chopped- 1/4 cup
ginger – a small piece
green chilly,chopped – 4
Cook the semiya in the boiling water with enough salt and oil.
Once cooked,drain off the excess water and spread the semiya on a plate.
Next in a heated pan, pour oil and saute onion,ginger and green chilly.
Once the onion becomes translucent,add the vegetables and little salt and saute it for 5 mins. or until the beans is cooked.
Finally,add the cooked semiya.
