Muringakolu parippu manga curry

It’s very rare that we make beef recipes at home and last time that we made a beef recipe was on Sunday and as usual my husband came to me with a request to make his Ammachi’s (mother’s) Muringakolu parippu manga curry.Neither have I  tasted it from anywhere, nor  from her. So I didn’t have any idea of how it tasted like.  The next thing what I did was to ring back home to get the recipe. Now here goes Ammachi’s version of Muringakolu parippu manga curry.  And btw the recipe was really yummy.
