Coriander, like many spices, contains antioxidants, which can delay or prevent the spoilage of food seasoned with this spice. A study found both the leaves and seed to contain antioxidants, but the leaves were found to have a stronger effect.It can be used as a side for dosa and idli. Why not we give it a shot????

coconut,scrapped- 1 cup
green chilly-7 nos. (or according to your tolerance level)
lemon juice-5 drops
Step 1 Grind all the ingredients except lemon juice in a blender.
Step 2 Add lemon juice immediately, to retain the colour.
