Now,after many years, I made Mutta Churul for evening snack reminiscencing my childhood days.Here,i share the recipe with you.
For the Batter
All Purpose Flour/Maida – 1.5 cups
Water – 2 cups approx
Egg – 1
Salt – a pinch
For the Filling
Coconut,grated – 1-1 1/2 cups
Sugar – 1.5 tbsp
Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
Mix the maida,water,egg and salt to a running consistency.
Heat a pan,pour one spoon of the batter,spread it as we do in the case of dosa.
Repeat this process with rest of the batter.
Next mix all the ingredients mentioned under “for the filling”.
Fill in the crepes.
Mutta Churulappam is ready!!!
