Thinking of what to serve as a dessert??? Try this Coconut Ladoo,which can be prepared within no time.
condensed milk-1 tin
coconut,scrapped – 4 to5 cups
(it can be made fine by just giving a blend in the mixer without water.)
Keep 1/2 cup of coconut aside.
In a heavy bottomed pan mix together the condensed milk and rest of the coconut in low heat.
Stir continuously for about 5 minutes.once it starts to leave the sides of the pan,remove it from fire and leave it to cool.
After it has cooled,the next step is to roll the batter into balls after applying little ghee in your hands.
Next,give the balls a role over the coconut kept aside.
makes about 20 ladoos
