Ingredients-makes 35-40 balls

Roasted powdered rice ( kerala rose matta)-2 cups
Roasted powdered cashew nuts-1 cup
Grated coconut-1/2 of a coconut
Jaggery- 3/4 cup  grated
Cardamom powder – a pinch

Method

Mix all the ingredients well. Take a fist full from this mix and shape into balls.

Note:-Add more of jaggery if the ball is not becoming tight.
