Egg Curry


Egg curry or ” mutta” curry can be used as a side for idiyappam, upma, puttu.I like it best with idiyappam and i love what my mom prepares:).

Ingredients

egg (boiled)-3
onion-1
ginger -1/4 inch
green chilly-3
red chilly powder-1 tsp
corriander powder-2 tsp
garam masala-1 tsp
turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
coconut milk-1 cup(diluted)

Method

Get the eggs boiled.Keep it aside.In a pan put in the onion,ginger and green chillies and saute it until the onion turns translucent.Then,put all the powders and saute for 2 minutes.After that pour in the coconut milk.Put the stove in sim for 4-5 minutes.Once you feel it is set,remove from the fire.Cut the eggs in the middle and drop it in the curry.
