Tomato Curry


tomato-4/5 (sliced)
turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
chilly powder-1 1/2 tsp
green chilly 4(sliced in length)
curry leaves
water (as required)
coconut milk

To Garnish

mustard seeds – 1 tsp
shallots/small onions-3(cut)
oil -2 tsp


In a small cooker put in all the items in red.After 1 whistle put off the stove.Pour the coconut milk.Put in sim.Let boil.Once you get a good consistency switch off the stove.

To Garnish

In a pan pour oil.Splutter the mustard seeds.Put in the shallots.Stir till the onion turns golden.
